EarthLink Offers St.Petersburg Wi-Fi

February 19, 2007 — Internet service provider EarthLink announced on Thursday that the city of St. Petersburg, Florida has accepted a proposal from the ISP to build, own and operate a 60 square mile Wi-Fi network, at no cost to the city.
