Digital Realty Sells Two Assets

April 3, 2007 — ( WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Digital Realty Trust announced on Monday it has sold two of its non-core data center facilities for a combined sale price of $78.5 million, resulting in an estimated total gain on sale of $18.1 million.
