iWeb Group Closes 3.3m Shares

December 3, 2007 — ( <http://www.thewhir.com> WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Canadian Web hosting provider iWeb Group announced on Monday it has successfully closed its recently announced offering of 3,300,000 common shares at a price of $1.25 per common share, for gross proceeds of $4,125,000.
