– min 2Gb RAM
– correct CPU min 1.2-1.6Ghz
– Disk space 10-20Gb OK
– No need more than 500Mb-1Gb traffic
– No IRC, seedbox, torrent, ….
– Windows (any : xp, 2003, …)
– hardware and network reliability
– hosted in the USA if possible
– Paypal

Please check here w w w . kimsufi . com 2Gb for 12usd so 15.50usd… looking for about the same. Those are DEDICATED servers… But in my case VPS ok…
