If you’re PC specs are upto scratch and you’ve got a decent speed/bandwidth on your ISP, you could try hosting yourself using apache server and if you have no fixed ISP, try NoIP, that way you have all facilities you need.
http://httpd.apache.org for the server.
There are tutorials on there as well to help.
