The only problem I have found with this hosting service (a problem that they quickly solved) is that in the process of adding the “Web Marketing Concepts” text link to your web pages, the script WMC uses adds a blank line to the TOP of RSS feeds (and web pages), and as a result, the line < ?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> is shifted to line 2 in the RSS feeds. The feedreaders (including Firefox) do not accept the blank line (the blank line 1). They expect < ?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> to appear on line 1. Your RSS feeds are rendered virtually unusable. (But if you do not rely on RSS feeds, don’t worry about it.) I contacted support, and they removed the blank line and upgraded my hosting package for free. And that’s one of the great things WMC has going for it — fantastic, fast support!
