http://inblogads.com, the new text link service for advertisers and bloggers, just launched a pay-per-post opportunity for blog publishers. Once inBLOGads.com approves your blog, they add an updated list of available post requests to your account. You then write a post and submit it for approval. All your inBLOG ad posts must be unique, and they must remain on your blog for a minimum of 30 days. http://inblogads.com pays up to $25 per post.

If you publish using WordPress, inBLOGads will not only pay you for posts but will also provide you with a script that puts text-link ads on your daily posts and on your template (sidebar, footer, etc.). You receive 60% of the revenue from every ad sold on your site.
