Would small sites use .WEB domains?

.WEB has finally moved forward after a $135 million auction and almost 10 years of disputes.

The name sounds simple for websites, blogs, tools, and small online projects.

Would small site owners actually use .WEB?

Or will it depend almost entirely on launch price and renewals?
