I won’t be writing about Russia’s Stormway — http://stormway.ru/hosting/.

My reviews target ad-free, no-cost, English-language hosting plans and, without prejudice or finding of fact, exclude those that require you to post in their forums. (From what I hear, the Russians do not have to participate in forums in order to stay with Stormway.)
